This is important legislation to extend the time period to file a claim for violation of the prohibition on sex-rejecting medical procedures intended to change a minor's “gender” from 2 years to 10 years from the date the minor reaches the age of majority. This bill protects vulnerable minors harmed by unethical medical procedures which the evidence continues to demonstrate cause irrevocable and long-term physical harm. New Hampshire is leading the country and will be on the right side of history with bans on medicalization for youth struggling with gender distress and this bill strengthens accountability. I am a loving parent of a vulnerable person harmed by gender ideology and who is at risk of further harm. I support this bill and believe it will protect children.
