While condo associations pay for water and septic at Residential Rates, associations are charged "commercial rates" for electricity. We are not a commercial business; we are a residential community. We should be paying residential use rates for electricity. This disparity makes no rational sense. Passing of this bill will make electric companies follow the same rules as water and septic services. Thank you for listening.
