If you pass this bill you are essentially giving abusers permission to continue their vile and ILLEGAL behavior because you are taking away any opportunities for people to access help. Help that WILL save their lives. Anyone who votes for this bill is not paying attention to the current climate considering the Epstein scandal that is rocking the wealthy of this country. Victims of abuse need safe places to go to for help. Don't take that away from them. Dont make abuse of any kind easier for people to perpetrate.
