New Hampshire’s landfills are a finite resource, and our state should not bear the long-term environmental burden of excessive out-of-state waste. Limiting imported trash is a prudent step to protect our natural landscapes, groundwater, and communities, and to avoid the need for new landfills in the future. I urge the committee to pass HB1138
