I support Mr. Keith's amendment to: - Create a commission to study the impact and appropriateness of all aspects of the law and report back to the committee by February 1,2027. - Change to the definition of “current use assessment” in the law to eliminate the income producing capability in favor of a simple 25% reduction (as opposed to 97% today) from the appraised value determined by the assessor.
