Prohibiting the use of second-generation anticoagulant rodenticides (SGARs) is critical to the health and survival of wildlife who prey on rodents. The use of these SGARs kills owls, hawks, foxes, and any other animal that consumes the poisoned rodents--killing them slowly and painfully--disrupting the natural predator-prey balance in our NH ecosystems. I strongly support this bill.
