I am opposed to HB1275 as written. While I am in favor of addressing the issue of PFAs, after reading the testimony of those opposing the bill, I think the committee should review the potential for unintended consequences (does the state have an adequate disposal plan), and consider amendments to incentivize best practice land management approach, over a complete moratorium.
