I oppose HB1121. The NH Supreme Court has already provided the State with all the definitions it needs, so this is a best an unnecessary bill, at worst another attempt to shift more costs on to property tax payers. Vote ITL and stop wasting time and provide the proper education mandated by the state constitution.
