This bill is not needed. When a person goes to a reproductive health center, they are already offered ALL the options to consider: keep the baby, have the baby adopted, or have the pregnancy terminated. They want to be there for the person in a non-judgmental fashion and be able to speak to all the options available so the correct choice is made for that person.
