As a retired resident of a condominium association, I support his bill as it will lower the electric rate that I would pay for septic and well electricity. It makes no sense that my condominium unit gets charged at one rate and then the septic and well which the association takes care of is charged at another rate for the same unit. Ultimately it is I the unit owner that is paying the electricity bill.
