My husband and I own a condominium at Bramber Green in Greenland, NH. Bramber Green is an entirely residential community. There are no offices, restaurants or other commercial ventures of any kid on our property - only 73 homes and a little Clubhouse used solely by our residents, all of whom must be age 55+. There is no reason we, the homeowners, should pay higher electricity rates than those paid by other homeowners in New Hampshire.
