I oppose this bill as now written. Evidently this is a partisan amendment to an earlier bill that now makes it unclear just which students this applies to in terms of an adequate funding for education. It makes a big difference whether special needs students are included or not as well as other categories of students and their education. Some of the language in the earlier bill has been left out.
