I oppose this bill, as it sets a dangerous precedent, whereby the government bypasses the privacy rights of patients, and makes hospitals unsafe spaces for trans and nonbinary individuals. This is antithetical to the Hippocratic oath, and a form of fascist government control akin to the practices of the Nazi Regime. Leave trans people alone. They just want to survive!
