I support HB 1121 because defining the resource elements of an adequate education is essential to ensuring that New Hampshire’s public schools have the staff, services, and operational capacity students need to succeed. Including counselors, librarians, nurses, technology coordinators, custodians, transportation, and instructional supplies reflects the real needs of modern schools and strengthens the state’s constitutional obligation to fund public education fairly and adequately.
