This is a hard one because ideally, I’d like to see all rodenticides banned, and not used by anyone. While this bill will restrict the general public from using them, it still allows pest control companies to use them, and might result in more wildlife succumbing to secondary rodenticides poisoning, not less. This is according to experts on the subject, such as Laura Kiesel. If this bill could be amended to outlaw the use of rodenticides completely, then I would support it. This is a very grave issue and rightfully needs to be addressed by the Legislature.
