I listened to discussion for this bill. The sponsor wants to be like Manchester and Nashua, allowing 7 people ultimate say. I find that absurb. Changing to a city structure takes away our local control. Our structure has worked well for us considering the issues with inflation, soaring health care costs and a state legislature that insists on going against properly funding vital public services.
