Dear Members Of The House Judiciary Committee, There is a line within this conflict between , human decency and uncivilized behavior. Those who profit from the depraved marketing program that has a narrative to kill babies in the womb so they can market body parts have a vested interest in this demonic activity. Is this what our Founders intended for posterity when they fought with their lives, fortunes and sacred honors for freedom. There must be a moral boundary to prevent this evil behavior in the State of NH. HB 1292 both fulfills a need to exercise the medical profession in a civilized manner by expanding life saving stem cell treatments. I urge you to support HB 1292. Sincerely & Respectfully Russ Payne
