Dear Committee Members, I strongly urge you to support HB1634. Federal employees must be held accountable for their actions in New Hampshire. The actions of federal Department of Homeland Security and ICE agents in other states demonstrate the necessity of this law. No one should believe they are above the law and this statute will put federal employees on notice that New Hampshire will prosecute actions outside of both state and federal law.
