New Hampshire is in danger of becoming New England's trash dump. The dumping of out of state trash for the benefit of the landfill industry threatens our state's environment including groundwater and air, and threatens the health of our citizens. If left unchecked, taxpayers will be forced to pay for the building of more landfills to cover our own waste. As Granite Staters successfully work to reduce waste, the state government is working against us by opening more landfills for outsiders.
