As someone who experienced rodent problems on my farm, I know that a rodent infestation can be very damaging but it can be controlled and eliminated without using the poisons that kill other wildlife. It seems very counter productive to have NH Fish and Game work so hard to identify and protect threatened and endangered wildlife only to these poisons used every where- killing indiscriminately. This loss of wildlife eliminates the very predators who control the rodent population resulting in an even greater rodent problem. Please support HB 1018 as the common sense way to address rodent issues.
