This is yet another attempt by our Republican legislators to try and get around the decision of the New Hampshire Supreme Court. Rather than simply accept the decision regarding cases requiring the state to fund public education, the Republican members of our government seem eager to try again and again to find some way to force legislation through to undermine our criminal justice system and courts, simply because they did not get the decision their politically-motived agenda wanted, part of their anti-public education crusade.
