This bill bans public funding for health centers that refer patients to reproductive health centers, unless they also refer patients to anti-abortion centers. This bill doesn't support health communities or practices and instead, as we've seen elsewhere, only seeks to spread misleading "junk science" and medical misinformation as part of the Republicans' anti-abortion agenda, politically motivated rather than anything based in actual medical science.
