This bill aims to undermine New Hampshire's Current Use law and will have many unintended consequences for ordinary landowners, including those who manage or allow their lands for forestry, recreation, wildlife, scenery and other uses. Please vote no on this poorly thought-out legislation and keep New Hampshire's Current Use law intact.
