I am writing to urge the commitee to oppose HB1769. It is the duty of medical providers to refer their patients to the medical options that are best for the patient according to the needs of the patient- not the preference of the state, or any other group, population, or person. This Bill is government ovverreach and would result in patients being unable to recieve neccesary and available care.
