Honorable Chair & Committee Members: I have witnessed first-hand the lack of judgement and oversight that pesticide applicators operate under. J.P. Pest Services regularly visits the condominium attached to mine (we are a duplex). All of the rodents poisoned in my neighbor's empty unit then come to my home to die and I have no say in the stench that lasts for a month - even though we reside in the same building. Additionally, I have no way of protecting my pets from poisoning should they catch and eat a poisoned rodent that is driven into our home against our will. Please do not give pesticide applicators free license with these dangerous poisons. I know from actual, recent experience that they are motivated only by money not common sense, fairness, human or animal welfare. Pesticide applicators will simply abuse the "privilege" of having unrestrained use of these poisons.
