I am opposed to HB 1356. I find it highly objectionable that NH would legislate health care decisions. The state has no place to make these decisions and penalize health care professionals who are serving their patients. Gender affirming care decisions should be made by families and their health providers. Over the years, it has been my pleasure to get to know many students who were greatly helped by gender affirming care. Please do not pass this harmful legislation. Ellen Farnum, Tamworth, NH
