I support this common sense bill. As an older voter, I am concerned that the requirements for obtaining an absentee ballot will make it very difficult to vote should I have a medical emergency or condition that arises unexpectedly. I do not have the ability to go out and copy my driver's license, or find a notary at short notice. HB 1277 would make obtaining a ballot easier by allowing me to fill in my driver's license number and skip the photo copying. Please vote in favor of this bill. Ellen Farnum, Tamworth, NH
