This bill is not about oversight but about political intimidation...Those who work in the area of domestic violence recognize intimidation...it is often packaged in words of concern but the underlying threat is obvious..The NH legislature is now being asked to become the abuser ...there is no reason for this legislation but if the goal is to create fear, threaten and challenge the advocates who work in a toxic environment than you have abandoned your role of protecting the safety and rights of your must vulnerable constituents.
