This bill is inexcusable. HB 1702 requires health centers, hospitals, private offices, and pharmacies that prescribe, dispense, or administer medication abortion to post medically inaccurate information about abortion “reversal,” and a hotline to an anti-abortion organization. Patients must receive medically-accurate information at their health centers, hospitals, and pharmacies – not junk science used to push an anti-abortion agenda.
