This would ban funding for providers who refer patients to reproductive health centers unless they also refer patients to anti-abortion centers. This bill does nothing to support healthy communities it only spreads medical misinformation. Abortion is healthcare. Let a woman decide with her own chosen medical professionals and whoever else she values the input from about what to do in this type of situation. Stop trying to force religious beliefs on to everyone and calling it law. This is America which means freedom of religion and we had separation of church and state for a reason. Abortion is healthcare, the government should leave it at that and let medical professionals work with their patients to make medical decisions and the patient can take into account their own beliefs as they see fit.
