The NH legislature should be spending their time on finding solutions to protect victims of abuse, not aiding in silencing them, which is exactly what this bill does. The Coalition, like every other non-profit, already operates with strong state and federal oversight. The Coalition has a decades-long record of unblemished, transparent fiscal reporting. This bill is completely unnecessary and works against the goal of helping more victims.
