Prohibiting the sale of certain rodenticides to unlicensed individuals without certification or licensing with the department of agriculture is an excellent idea. These are dangerous, toxic chemicals that could be released into the environment, creating multiple issues if done by a person who doesn't know what they are doing. This coincides with HB 1018 which I support as well.
