This bill is an attack on the Coalition and on domestic and sexual abuse victims in our state. The legislature should be spending time on finding solutions to protect victims of abuse, no aiding in silencing them. We have witnessed the murder of several NH women by their partners in he past year - we should have zero tolerance for this. Why is Rep. Ellen Read filing a bill on behalf of out-of-state residents? It sounds like she isn't interested in supporting our in-state needs. NH needs to support those at risk of violence and those less fortunate than ourselves.
