Giving the legislature “investigative authority” over non-profit organizations is a dangerous abuse of power. The Coalition already operates with strong state and federal oversight. They have a long track record of success and rather than investigating aimlessly and baselessly, we should be fighting for legislation that supports victims and survivors in NH.
