This bill modifies current use across the state in a way not consistent with state and local values, as well as overstepping and infringing on property rights by forcing landowners in current use to comply with poorly defined and arbitrary agriculture and forestry practices. Current use is what enables NH's large recreation, tourism, agriculture, and forestry industries to exist and this bill will dramatically harm all of these sectors.
