I oppose both HCR 13 and HCR 16. While most citizens support adding term limits for Congress and Senate to the Constitution, Invoking article V for a Congressional Convention does not limit the scope of Amendments that can be introduced, removed or altered. Given the magnitude of partisan divide and conflict within both houses of Congress at this time, a convention would likely cause further chaos in our country that is already strongly divided by political ideology
