I am a clinical pharmacist who works at a local community hospital in NH. The hospital systems are already overwhelmed with both adult and pediatric patients who are being admitted and even dying from preventable diseases. No longer mandating vaccines will further add pressure to our already saturated healthcare systems. In turn, this will increase the risk of harm, especially in patient populations who are more susceptible to contracting infections and cannot otherwise protect themselves (ex. Immunocompromised, neonates, elderly, etc)
