I support this bill that further maintains the civil rights of all citizens in NH by restricting the ability of the state to gather data on individuals with autism. Individuals with autism should be afforded the same rights and dignities as all humans. Collecting data without informed consent on any individuals is an inalienable right. We should not be singling out any in our society on which to collect date. As a career long special education public school employee, I strongly believe that we are all created equal no matter your ability and need to be treated equally.
