I have a number of constituents who asked me about writing legislation like this. I would have loved to co-sponsor, but I didn't see it in time. This legislation would give a small amount of relief to parents who are legitimately worried about what RFK intends to do with their child's medical information. I have had to speak to parents who were in tears with worry. Please. I urge you to OTP this legislation.
