Deciding a facility cannot receive Medicaid payments is just discrimination under a different name. The people going to those facilities may have no other choice, and they still need the financial help to get the care they need. As well-intentioned as this bill may be, it will end up hurting the individuals looking for care more than the facilities being targeted.
