Forced mandated vaccination is against the liberty rights of NH values. In trying to support children in the midst of challenges, this requirement may screen out potentially great homes for children in need of care and love. I have not met one person who makes conscious choices for their health who is a bad parent. In fact, its the intentionality of such families that MAKES them great options for children. The foster system needs more families who can provide quality homes for children in transition, and vaccination requirements should not be a factor that disqualifies such otherwise excellent candidates. - Kerri Vercellini
