This bill is blatantly unconstitutional. This blatantly discriminates against religions and suggests one person or religion can dictate to others what morality is without appreciating the nuance of situations. As a Christian, I can assure you I have some differences in opinion to the bill sponsor about certain morals. I can speak confidently about this based solely on the reasoning that they felt this bill was appropriate. While this would still need to be voted on by NH voters, the idea of this bill being discussed demonstrates a frightening level of either ignorance or maliciousness.
