Jacki Katzman | Oppose HB1671

This bill makes people of 'other' religions subject to and subjects of those with the "right" religion. Really? Isn't that unconstitutional? The idea that health care facilities could lose the ability to serve the public because some people think their religious beliefs are the most important threatens our communal public health. It will end up costing the entire community in possibly lost facilities, lost healthcare in the areas where it is most needed. It puts power in the hands of a minority - and we have seen where that goes. Also, trying to defend this in court will also cost the state who knows how much.
