This bill is not a question of separation of church and state but a threat to every person in American society when pandemics or serious medical events occur in our country. It is the responsibility of the state to protect all its citizens! Even when sincere citizens make decisions to use their religion to open the door to unwittingly infecting , even friends and neighbors , because of such, The state has to consider all its people if there is great danger to the general population. Where this seems to be a case of religious belief, it would be better to insist on ways to isolate those claiming their rights to disregard the majority's right to not be exposed to desease and even great harm or death. The Bill of Rights give the majority the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness but not if it ignores common sense and protection through modern science and technology!
