Paul martinage | Oppose HB1140

I do not support this bill as written, and would like to have the sponsors amend to include specific disability, and proof of disability from a Medical Doctor as to the specific reason the disability prevents the individual from mobility that requires the individual to hunt from a motorized vehicle. I also wish to have a "motor vehicle " defined as not to include a motor vehicle designed for and registered for travel on the roadways of NH. I ask the Committee to oppose HB1045
