Melissa Davis | Oppose HB1766

I oppose this bill. Stricter animal laws must be present to protect those who do not have a voice. New Hampshire is too lenient with it's current protective laws for animals. I have witnesses in my own neighborhood the lack of compassion and support from authorities to help animals who are needlessly suffering!
