I strongly urge you to support HB 1141. The profligate spread of single-use plastics, such as plastic water bottles, has multiple economic, environmental, and public health impacts. Given these significant impacts, it makes no sense to permit large scale, commercial extraction of groundwater that relies on these single-use plastics for distribution.
