It is wrong and inhumane not to take care of animals who were abused and discarded by unethical owners. The only chance these animals have are with the Humane Society across the country. The New Hampshire Spca in Stratham, New Hampshire saves hundreds of animals lives each year and this funding is absolutely necessary.
