I am on Medicaid and as somebody with numerous health issues it is important to me that the staff of medical offices practice all due precautions against spreading disease. My immune system struggles to fight off viruses and were I to get sick and experience further disability Medicaid would then be on the hook for my expenses. Requiring institutions to take precautions saves money for New Hampshire tax payers.
