Health data should stay private. Period. It's federal law, and it should remain state law. No state agency or subcontractor should be collecting data on individuals with autism (or any other condition, disease, disability or health-related attribute) unless for a legitimate public interest with protections for the privacy of all individuals. This is a basic function of our government - to protect the people's privacy. Please support HB 1316
